Foursquare Integrated Transportation Planning, Inc. (Foursquare ITP) is looking to hire a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Marketing Specialist supporting TDM programs within the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region. Foursquare ITP operates TDM programs on behalf of clients nationwide, encouraging commuters, residents, and visitors to bike, walk, scoot, carpool, vanpool, and use public transit through coordinated multi-layered marketing and outreach programs.

Role
In this role, you will be the go-to marketing and communications support for one of our clients' TDM programs.
Responsibilities will include:
Work as part of the program team to accomplish organizational goals.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that focus on shifting behavior from driving alone to sustainable forms of transportation.
Develop a marketing workplan, with guidance from a marketing manager, including a detailed calendar of events and campaigns.
Develop social media content and strategy, manage ongoing digital communications, and interact and connect with influencers to cross-promote programs.
Update the website content.
Assist with the execution of client annual awards or recognition events, along with promotion and expansion of program initiatives.
Partner with transportation stakeholders across the greater DMV region and create co-marketing opportunities.
Write press releases about programs and events.
Develop marketing and collateral pieces to educate the public about sustainable travel choices, including writing content, providing guidance to graphic design, and developing video/short-form content.
Create and manage communications, such as newsletters, blogs, and dedicated emails.
Create and manage paid/digital advertising.
Provide public outreach assistance (e.g., events, canvassing, etc.).
Provide customer service and materials fulfillment.
Required Skills and Experience
Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar is preferred. A relevant degree can be substituted with sufficient experience.
At least three years of relevant experience in a progressively responsible role.
Skills requirements:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
Knowledge of a variety of marketing and communications channels, as well as outreach and public relations techniques.
Familiarity using automated marketing tools and concepts (e.g., Mailchimp, Autopilot).
Strong use of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience applying design guidelines and branding standards to all materials.
Ability to use self-hosted WordPress (Wordpress.org) to edit content on websites.
Experience with content creation (e.g., video reels, blogs, graphics).
Experience with marketing analytics platforms and dashboards (e.g. Google Analytics).
Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, OneCommute) is beneficial.
Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana) is preferred.
Proficiency in Spanish is beneficial.
Location
This is a hybrid in-office/work-from-home position, which may require being on-site one or two days per week.
The selected candidate must live in or relocate to the District of Columbia region within commuting proximity to downtown.

Compensation
An individual who meets the minimum requirements would earn $67,100. Salary will increase based on education and experience.
