À propos du rôle

Nous recherchons un Développeur IA expérimenté en IA Générative (Generative AI) et IA Agentique (Agentic AI) pour concevoir, déployer et faire évoluer des plateformes d'intelligence artificielle de nouvelle génération.

Vous serez responsable du développement technique des solutions, depuis le prototypage rapide jusqu'à leur mise en production, tout en garantissant leur sécurité, leur conformité, leur évolutivité et leurs performances.

Compétences clés : 

• Solide expertise en développement Full Stack (Python et frameworks modernes). 
• Concevoir et livrer des plateformes d'IA générative de niveau production, incluant les API backend, les interfaces frontend, les pipelines de données et l'orchestration des modèles. 
• Définir des architectures évolutives (modulaires, microservices et orientées événements) intégrées aux API et aux systèmes d'information de l'entreprise. 
• Développer et déployer des applications Cloud Native en maîtrisant les pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) ainsi que les stratégies de tests. 
• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des pipelines d'IA générative (RAG, Tool Calling, workflows agentiques). 
• Développer des frameworks réutilisables et accompagner les équipes techniques par le partage des bonnes pratiques et le mentorat.

 

À propos de vous

Plus de 7 ans d'expérience en ingénierie logicielle, avec une expérience significative en leadership technique. 

Solide expérience dans la conception et la livraison d'applications à grande échelle en environnement Enterprise. 

Expérience pratique en IA Générative et dans le développement d'applications utilisant des Large Language Models (LLM). 

Maîtrise de l'écosystème LangChain, notamment LangChain, LangGraph et LangSmith. 

Expérience avérée dans le passage de prototypes à des systèmes en production grâce à : 

• Des pipelines CI/CD et des déploiements automatisés ; 
• Une infrastructure conteneurisée (Docker et Kubernetes) ; 
• Des capacités d'observabilité, incluant la journalisation (logging), la supervision (monitoring), le traçage (tracing) et les mécanismes d'alerte.
