Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced OEM Partner Manager to oversee OEM partner relationships and service operations programs that support business performance and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing service delivery processes, monitoring service KPIs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across partner operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and OEM partners to ensure operational excellence and consistent service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OEM partner relationships and support service operations programs to ensure high-quality service delivery and business continuity.

• Monitor, analyze, and improve service KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational performance.

• Coordinate with OEM partners and cross-functional teams to establish, maintain, and optimize service processes and governance models.

• Review service performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of process enhancements.

• Develop regular operational reports and business reviews to track partner performance and service effectiveness.

• Support regional and global initiatives related to service management, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years of experience in OEM partner management, service operations, or a related business function.

• Demonstrated experience managing service KPIs, operational metrics, and process improvement initiatives.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global OEM partners and multinational business environments.

• Knowledge of service governance frameworks, operational excellence methodologies, or continuous improvement practices.

• Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, and data-driven operational analysis.

• Project management experience and relevant professional certifications are beneficial.
