What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• AI Solution Development: support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI initiatives within Group Legal & Compliance
• Application Development: assist in building, testing, and enhancing AI-enabled applications and digital solutions that improve business processes and user experiences
• User Experience Design: support UI/UX design activities to create intuitive, user-centric solutions that drive engagement and adoption
• Digital Content Creation: develop visual and multimedia content to support project communications, awareness campaigns, and change management initiatives
• Data & Technology Research: research emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities to support ongoing transformation initiatives
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business, technology, and compliance stakeholders to gather requirements, support implementation, and ensure successful project outcomes
• Project Communications: assist in developing presentations, reports, videos, and visual storytelling materials to communicate project objectives, progress, and impact
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on digital transformation, innovation, and business improvement initiatives as assigned

Who You Work With

Group Legal and Compliance plays a critical role in supporting the bank's business growth while maintaining strong governance and regulatory standards. Within the Group Transformation, Digital, and Corporate Services team, you'll work alongside professionals who are driving digital innovation, AI adoption, and process transformation across the function. You'll gain valuable exposure to how technology, design, and business expertise come together to solve complex challenges and create value for the organisation.

Who You Are

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with AI technologies, Python programming, and application development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Creative thinker with an interest in UI/UX design and digital experience development
• Skilled in presentation design, visual storytelling, and content creation
• Experience in video production, multimedia development, or digital communications would be advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across functions
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
