Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Ads, Funnels & Automation (Part-Time or Contract)

Are you into performance marketing, paid ads, funnels, and health and wellness? Vital Cryotherapy is hiring.

Vital Cryotherapy is a health and wellness business in Yaletown, Vancouver offering whole-body cryotherapy and red light therapy. We're a small, established business with a collaborative, relaxed environment, but we're ambitious about where we want to take the brand.

We're looking for a hands-on growth marketer who can help us build and continually improve the system we use to acquire new customers.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed finished ads to upload into Meta. We want someone who can look at the entire customer journey, develop ideas, build the systems, test them, and improve them based on what the numbers tell us.

You should be comfortable taking something from:

Ad → Landing Page → Purchase/Lead → SMS/Email Follow-Up → Booking → Customer and actually building and managing the system behind it.

Who We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You don't need to know every marketing platform in existence, but you should have strong experience with areas such as:

Experience with platforms such as HighLevel / GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign, Vendasta, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms is a strong asset.

We're not married to one particular platform. If you know a better way to build something, we're open to it.

Experience marketing wellness, fitness, beauty, local services, DTC, memberships, or subscription businesses is also a plus.

We're a small company, which means good ideas don't have to go through five layers of approval before anything happens.

You'll work directly with the owner, have room to test ideas, and be able to see the impact of your work on the actual business.

We also have an existing content team, so you won't be expected to personally film everything yourself. What we need is someone who can help determine what we should make, what we should test, and what we should do next.

There's also room for the role to grow. We are involved with other businesses and projects, and someone who does excellent work with Vital could have the opportunity to take on additional paid work and responsibility over time.
