Overview
As a BIN Sponsorship Product Analyst, you will support the execution of product-related commercial and governance initiatives. You will work with senior product managers and internal business and control-function stakeholders to support business growth in line with the product’s risk appetite.
You will contribute to the success of the team and our clients by managing assigned product activities, supporting effective governance, and developing your expertise in product and risk management.

What You’ll Do
- Support client relationships and prepare and participate in meetings related to these relationships, including product, compliance, and risk reviews
- Support growth initiatives through market research, competitive analysis and pricing reviews
- Identify product related process and control enhancement potential, and support initiatives designed to implement related measures
- Analyze, track and report risk-appetite metrics such as chargebacks and PCI compliance to team leadership
- Support engagement with card schemes, including Visa and Mastercard and help track relevant scheme regulation updates, rule changes and new programs
- Engage with colleagues across sales, client coverage and control partner functions to build a healthy, collaborative relationships
Skills You’ll Need
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proven relevant professional experience in payments, cards, acquiring, product management, or a related financial services area
- Practical knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks relevant to the payments industry
- Ability to analyze product or process information, identify key issues, and translate findings into clear actions and follow-up plans
- Excellent with the Microsoft Office product suite as well as use of AI tools

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $78,000 to $112,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
