Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to evolving situations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate emergency services and notifying site management and/or Allied Universal leadership as required.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
