The Role

Join a talented engineering team where your CAD expertise directly impacts the built environment. You'll transform architectural vision into precise structural designs for commercial complexes, industrial facilities, institutional buildings, and critical water infrastructure. Working alongside experienced project managers and engineers, you'll create detailed construction documents that guide projects from concept to completion, making sure every plan, section, and 3D model is both structurally sound and construction-ready.

What You'll Bring

Core Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on structural Revit BIM modeling and CAD experience in a consulting engineering environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Proven ability to produce comprehensive structural construction documents: plans, sections, 2D/3D details, and structural schedules
• Strong working knowledge of current BIM standards and National CAD guidelines
• Microsoft Office fluency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal, who collaborates effectively across disciplines

Key Attributes:

• Highly organized with strong time management and meticulous attention to detail
• Thrives meeting tight deadlines in dynamic environments
• Eager to deepen technical skills and grow with a supportive team

Nice to Have

• BricsCAD or Microstation drafting experience
• Experience building Revit BIM analytical and physical models that integrate with structural analysis software
