Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously refining and improving software to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer balances multiple tasks to contribute effectively to project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- - Configure and integrate the REFX module with other SAP modules to ensure compliance with IFRS16 requirements.
- Lead or support the transition from ECC to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on REFX-related data and structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and provide solutions.
- Develop functional documentation, Data migration, configuration documents, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements in the REFX module.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in the SAP REFX module.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on configuration of SAP REFX lease accounting (IFRS16).
- Proficiency in data migration strategies and tools for REFX.
- Experience in integration with SAP FI and CO modules.
- Solid understanding of real estate master data, contract management, and valuation.
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
