Das erwartet Sie während Ihrer Ausbildung
Während Ihrer Ausbildung lernen Sie die kaufmännischen Abläufe eines internationalen Industrieunternehmens kennen und erhalten Einblicke in verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche.
Mitarbeit in Bereichen wie Einkauf, Vertrieb, Personalwesen, Finanzwesen und Logistik
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten
Einblicke in nationale und internationale Geschäftsprozesse
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen
Nutzung moderner ERP- und Unternehmenssysteme
Schrittweise Übernahme eigener Aufgaben und Verantwortung
Die theoretischen Kenntnisse erwerben Sie am Berufskolleg Erkelenz. Von Anfang an arbeiten Sie in unseren Fachabteilungen mit, übernehmen nach und nach eigene Aufgaben und sammeln praktische Erfahrungen im Tagesgeschäft. Dabei werden Sie von erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen begleitet.
Ihr Profil
Fachhochschulreife oder Allgemeine Hochschulreife
Gute Leistungen in Mathematik, Deutsch und Englisch
Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
Motivation und Lernbereitschaft
Perspektiven nach der Ausbildung
