We are looking for professional line cooks to prepare food to Chef's exact specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chefs with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction goals. Requirements

As a line cook, you are the heart of our Food & Beverage team, using your skills and expertise to delight our guests with your culinary creations. You will be responsible for the preparation, production, and plating of high-quality food. Our menus features seasonally inspired cuisine crafted with only the freshest and finest ingredients. Working alongside some of the most innovative & creative Chefs, you will certainly have the best guidance.

Take every opportunity to amaze the guests

- Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner. Will provide high- quality, attractive meals to guests in the banquet rooms, restaurant, lounge and room service.

- Set up station(s) with the predetermined mise en place required.

- Have thorough knowledge of menus, standard recipes, and preparation methods

- Prepare all orders on a timely basis

- Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction.

- Adhere to all applicable operating Procedures

- Operate and clean equipment properly

- Promptly report all maintenance issues

- Properly receive and store food and other deliveries

- Consult with kitchen management on a daily basis as well as with other departments that are directly related to the Food & Beverage Department.
