- Provide a professional, welcoming front desk presence for a technology, media, and telecommunications workplace, delivering customer service while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Greet visitors, confirm appointments and/or credentials, issue visitor access materials as directed, and communicate arrival information to appropriate personnel.
- Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity, access concerns, or policy violations according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
- Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident records while supporting a professional and organized reception area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
