Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant / Business Consultant with a strong background in Life Sciences R&D. The ideal candidate will combine consulting expertise with deep functional knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes to drive business transformation, operating model design, process optimization, and digital enablement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA from a Tier 1 institute or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• 3+ years of progressive business and/or management consulting experience, with at least 1 year of experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Proven experience in management consulting and business transformation engagements is mandatory.
• Familiarity with consulting methodologies and frameworks such as issue trees, operating model design, business process mapping, implementation frameworks, diagnostic assessments, and client discovery approaches.
• Exposure to Generative AI and enterprise AI tools, with the ability to leverage them for consulting activities such as research, business analysis, solution design, documentation, and process transformation. Experience identifying GenAI use cases for Life Sciences business functions is a plus.
• Experience working with Life Sciences R&D functions such as Laboratory Informatics (R&D and Quality Control Labs), Clinical Operations & Development, Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT), Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the capacity of a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of industry platforms such as Veeva R&D (e.g., Vault Clinical, Vault Quality, Vault RIM), Oracle Argus, ArisG, and Laboratory Informatics solutions (e.g., LIMS, ELN, LES) is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, workshop facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable recommendations and drive client outcomes.
