Labcorp is seeking a PAI+ Pre-Apprentice to join our External Applications Support team in Geneva.
Work Schedule: 3 days a week, standard hours
Job Responsibilities:
Observe and assist in basic client support activities
Learn how user requests and issues are logged and followed up
Support simple administrative tasks (documentation, tracking lists, data entry)
Assist in preparing reports, checklists, or summaries
Participate in quality checks and process reviews (introductory level)
Learn how internal teams collaborate to resolve issues
Support communication with internal teams using prepared templates
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Contribute to maintaining documentation and knowledge bases
Preferred Qualifications:
3 months or more of experience using use Office applications
Additional Job Standards:
Minimum A2 level in French
English language skills are considered an asset
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Basic organization and attention to detail
Teamwork and respectful communication
Openness to feedback and coaching
Basic use of computer tools (Office applications)
Interest in customer service and digital tools
