We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist to join our clinic in Wilsonville, Oregon!
$3,000 Sign on Bonus!! Due to the documented, long term regional shortage of licensed Occupational Therapist in the Portland area, this position qualifies for a Market Shortage Sign on Bonus with a one year commitment!!

Job Type: Occupational Therapist (full-time or part time positions available).
Full-time: 40 hours per week (Flexible work options are open to individuals seeking less hours).
Part time: <29 hours per week.
Base Pay Rate:
- Full Time Salary $79,191.67-$102,543.06 annually. Based on experience. Split between the Oregon City and Wilsonville Clinic.
- $3000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time OT.
- Part time Pay: $54.81 - $76.96 per client hour. Based on experience.
- Sign on Bonus pro-rated for part time hours.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 Occupational therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21).
- Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
- Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
- Keep documentation up to date (we'll help make it manageable).
What You’ll Need:
- Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
- State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
- CPR certification.
- Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
- A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
- Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
- Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
- Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
- Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
- Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
