Job Description

- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards. - Ensure production targets are met and address any issues that arise. - Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs). - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Provide training and guidance to production staff to improve skills and performance. - Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. - Mengawasi aktivitas produksi harian, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan standar. - Memastikan target produksi tercapai dan menangani masalah yang muncul. - Menyiapkan dan menyajikan laporan kinerja, menyoroti indikator kinerja utama (KPI). - Memastikan kepatuhan dengan standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan regulasi. - Memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada staf produksi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kinerja. - Berkoordinasi dengan tim pemeliharaan untuk memastikan peralatan dipelihara dan berfungsi dengan baik. - Mengidentifikasi dan menerapkan perbaikan proses untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi biaya.
