Industrial Maintenance Technician

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

We’re looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our warehouse, equipment, and yard operations running safely and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience working on warehouse equipment, forklifts, roll-up doors, electrical systems, welding, and diesel or yard trucks. Refrigeration experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and physical structures
• Troubleshoot and repair roll-up doors, forklifts, material handling equipment, and other warehouse equipment
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Complete welding and fabrication work as needed
• Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment and yard trucks
• Assist with plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on material handling equipment following manufacturer and company guidelines
• Assist with basic refrigeration system inspections and maintenance under the direction of experienced team members
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cutting torches, and other maintenance equipment
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to help minimize equipment downtime
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the maintenance team and facility leadership to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in industrial, warehouse, facility, fleet, or equipment maintenance
• Experience with one or more of the following:Roll-up doorsForklifts/material handling equipmentElectrical troubleshootingWelding and fabricationDiesel equipment or yard trucksMechanical equipment repair
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while also taking direction and working as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to working safely
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys fixing things, troubleshooting problems, working with their hands, and keeping equipment running safely and reliably.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with heavier lifting possible depending on the facility
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer environments
• Ability to work around varying noise levels and industrial equipment
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment
• Ability to work at heights when required by the facility
