Associate Manager - Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence

We are seeking a Associate Manager Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence to join our Reporting team, supporting Global Development analytics initiatives in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will build, test, maintain, and optimize dashboards and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making while collaborating with reporting specialists, senior leadership, and onshore teams. Discover your role:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced Tableau and Power BI dashboards, visualizations, reports, metrics, and analytics.
• Build, test, maintain, and refine reporting workbooks and dashboards to support Global Development analytics initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and task direction to the Reporting Specialist while reviewing deliverables for quality and standards adherence.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to identify and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
• Drive optimization of reporting platforms and tools to improve performance, scalability, and usability.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, security, relevance, and accuracy across visualization outputs.
• Lead identified opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence and Large Language Models into business intelligence reporting solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical language while fostering collaborative partnerships.

This role requires:

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models within a reporting landscape for advanced reporting capabilities.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, visualizations, reports, metrics, and analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with clinical trial operational data.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
