Central Gardens Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a Part-Time NOC Shift. If you're passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to have you on our team!

Position Details

• Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Schedule: Friday & Saturday
• Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (NOC)
• Pay Rate: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
• Status: Part-Time

CNA Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality daily care and support to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and meal service as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work the assigned Friday and Saturday NOC schedule
• Experience preferred, but motivated new CNAs are encouraged to apply
