Role

The Beach & Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of

Amanpuri’s beachfront restaurant, beach service, and associated Food & Beverage facilities. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences through personalised service, operational excellence, and effective team leadership while upholding Amanpuri’s luxury hospitality standards. The position is accountable for achieving operational and financial objectives, maintaining the highest standards of service, and ensuring guest satisfaction through memorable beachfront dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the beachfront restaurant and beach service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences in accordance with Amanpuri's luxury service standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant and beach service teams through regular training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Manage guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor departmental revenue, operating expenses, labour costs, and inventory to achieve financial targets.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering, Recreation, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations, and established operational procedures.
• Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and overall ambience of the restaurant and beach facilities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and revenue through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a luxury resort or five-star hotel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a multicultural team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beach operations, financial management, cost control, and luxury service standards.
