Your Role at Pura:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving Pura’s future while collaborating across departments to optimize our processes and support business strategies. You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. What You’ll Own:

• Coordinate project activities and resources
• Monitor project progress and track project milestones and deliverables
• Conduct project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
• Communicate project status updates to project team members, stakeholders, and leadership
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Perform quality assurance reviews of project deliverables
• Support project managers with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with project team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Use project management software, including Monday.com, to track and manage project activities and progress

Essential Functions:

• Manage fragrance development life-cycle: Timelines, Deliverables, Risk & Dependencies
• Implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for fragrance program management
• Manage Risk and dependencies to the program timelines and milestones
• Collaborate with Pura Fragrance Evaluators to produce key deliverables
• Proactive Identification: Conduct regular "Pre-Mortem" sessions for major initiatives to identify failure points before they occur.
• Escalation Pathing: Define clear triggers for when a project risk needs to be escalated to the PMO Director or the Executive Suite

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with project management software, preferably Monday.com
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
