Strategic Project Manager

About the role

Euronext Corporate Solutions is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to drive cross-functional project management across all ECS business lines, including Governance, Compliance and Investor Relations. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of product, GTM, operations, and executive reporting, working directly with stream leads, business stakeholders, and senior management to keep strategic initiatives on track.

The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between hands-on execution (chairing working sessions, writing memos, coordinating streams) and higher-level strategic support (business cases, market research, steering committee reporting).

Key responsibilities

Growth strategy & strategic plan execution

• Work closely with the Head of Strategic Development to refine and execute ECS's mid- and long-term growth strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Play an active leadership role in the development, refinement, and operationalization of ECS's strategic plan, supporting key initiatives related to competitive positioning, product offering, and monetization.
• Support the planning and roll-out of events designed to drive strategic alignment across ECS, including the senior leadership offsite and the ECS kick-off.

Cross-functional project leadership

• Lead check-ins and working sessions across multiple implementation streams, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and timely issue resolution.
• Chair and prepare Steering Committees, driving cross-stream communication and alignment, especially where internal processes are ambiguous or still maturing

Business case & GTM support

• Conduct market research to support product and business decisions.
• Partner with Sales and business stakeholders on new market/product initiatives.
• Support go-to-market coordination and launches for new products (business analysis, competitive analysis, penetration/market insights).

Process design & operational excellence

• Redesign and operationalize core business processes, working across streams to embed new ways of working and track resulting performance.
• Manage sunset/transition projects for legacy products, tracking dependencies and keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines and risk.

PMO & executive reporting

• Own and maintain a monthly PMO reporting cadence, ensuring reports are clear, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
• Track and report on implementation progress at multiple levels synthesizing complex, multi-stream data into clear executive-ready materials.

What success looks like

• Cross-stream initiatives run with clear ownership, predictable cadence, and minimal surprises at Steering Committee level.
• Stakeholders come prepared to meetings and leave with clear, time-boxed action items.
• PMO reporting is trusted, on time, and used by leadership to make decisions.
• Redesigned processes are fully embedded and self-sustaining, not reliant on ad hoc PM intervention.
• Strategic events run smoothly and clearly advance alignment across the organization.

About you

Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a strategy/consulting-adjacent role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority across Product, Sales, Support, and senior management.
• Strong written communication skills; comfortable producing memos, business cases, and executive-level reporting.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with governance, compliance, or regulatory-driven products
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to workflow automation, research, or documentation.
• Prior experience in a scale-up or fast-moving B2B software environment.
