Responsibilities – Vehicle Exchange Manager:

• Meet and greet service customers on the drive or in the lounge area to build rapport in a low-pressure, friendly manner.
• Use our dealership software to review the daily service appointments an identify high-potential upgrade targets, such as customers with high mileage, older vehicle models, or equity in their current car. 
• Perform basic walk-around inspections of customer vehicles while they are in the shop.
• Introduce customers to newer models and explain the benefits of exchanging their vehicle (e.g., lower maintenance costs, better fuel efficiency, updated tech, active warranties).
• Follow up with service customers via phone and email to schedule future exchange consultations.
• Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership.
• Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.
• Assists the used-vehicle department with trade appraisals as needed.
• Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
• Attends managers meetings as requested.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements -  Vehicle Exchange Manager :

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or entry-level sales (automotive experience is a plus but not required)
• Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new and used vehicle purchase and finance department
• Strong communications skills, team oriented
• Computer proficient
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Resume must be uploaded for immediate consideration
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
