SERVICE TECHNICIAN & SPARE PARTS SALES MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician & Spare Parts Sales Manager to support our customers throughout the complete lifecycle of Zeppelin bulk material handling systems. The role combines technical service activities, installation and commissioning support, spare parts sales, order management, customer service, and logistics coordination. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between customers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring excellent service performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

After Sales & Spare Parts Management
•    Handle customer inquiries for spare parts, components, and technical support.
•    Prepare and follow up quotations, service proposals, and long-term agreements.
•    Coordinate order processing with internal departments and external suppliers.
•    Issue order confirmations and monitor order fulfillment.
•    Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
•    Maintain customer and material data within company systems.

Service, Installation & Maintenance
•    Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
•    Supervise installation teams and subcontractors when required.
•    Diagnose mechanical and mechatronic issues on customer sites.
•    Support preventive maintenance and system optimization activities.
•    Provide on-site and remote service support throughout the GCC region.

Logistics & Documentation
•    Prepare shipping and export documentation.
•    Monitor deliveries and logistics activities.
•    Manage material returns, rejected materials, and OS&D reports.
•    Prepare service reports, installation documentation, and handover protocols.
•    Maintain quality-related documentation and customer registration requirements.

Customer Support & Training
•    Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
•    Support vendor registration and prequalification processes.
•    Train customer personnel on operation and maintenance of equipment.
•    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Requirements and Expected Profile

• Technical qualification in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or a

related field

• Experience in industrial service, maintenance, installation, or

commissioning.

• Experience in spare parts sales, order management, or

after-sales support.

• Knowledge of bulk material handling systems, rotating

equipment, and pneumatics is preferred.

• Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer

service skills.

• Knowledge of SAP, SAP Ariba, and MS Excel is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across GCC countries.
• Good English language skills.
