Job Summary:
Supports daily office operations by coordinating administrative tasks, office supplies, facilities needs, and meeting logistics. Works under general guidance to ensure the office environment is organized, functional, and welcoming. Performs basic receptionist and front desk duties when required based on office size, staffing, or coverage needs, in addition to office coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports office supply ordering, inventory tracking, and organization of shared spaces.
Assists with meeting logistics, food orders, and internal event setup.
Coordinates basic facilities needs and communicates issues to building management.
Supports administrative tasks including purchasing cards and fleet coordination.
Provides basic receptionist coverage as needed, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintains office cleanliness, organization, and readiness for employees and guests.
Education Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
2–4 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or customer-facing support required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
Anticipated starting pay range:
