Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively. Establish disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations. Maintain data retention practices to ensure compliance and reliability. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
