Headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, we provide project management, professional and administrative support, workforce and family support services, and technology solutions to customers across the DoD and other federal agencies.Position OverviewDysTech is seeking a qualified Project Manager to provide onsite leadership and project management support for the U.S. Army Army Community Service (ACS) project at Fort Bliss, Texas. The Project Manager will oversee daily operations, personnel, performance, quality control, and contract compliance for DysTech’s Fort Bliss team.Key ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but are not limited to:Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of DysTech personnel supporting the ACS project at Fort Bliss.Oversee contract performance, quality control, and compliance with PWS and task order requirements.Manage the full staffing and vacancy lifecycle, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating selections and onboarding, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between DysTech, Government leadership, and the COR.Monitor staffing, employee performance, attendance, training, and other personnel matters.Review required reports and deliverables, including monthly Task Order Status Reports (TOSRs), for accuracy and timeliness.Track project performance, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.Proactively identify and resolve personnel, performance, and operational issues in coordination with DysTech corporate leadership.Participate in Government meetings, performance reviews, and other project activities as required.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or behavioral science, sociology, education, community/public health, business management, human resources, criminal justice, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of management experience.Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Military Family Support Center or civilian social service agency serving Military Families.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to effectively work with Military personnel, Government personnel, employees, and corporate leadership.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and preparation of reports, briefings, and project documentation.Preferred QualificationsPrior Military experience or experience supporting Military Family programs.Experience with Army Community Service (ACS) or similar military community projects.Experience managing personnel on a Federal Government or Department of Defense contract.Experience with contract performance, quality control, Government reporting, and staffing management.
