The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of DuPont Electronic Materials CMP, LLC. This role involves a variety of clerical, organizational, and communication tasks to support staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Senior Director, Global CMPT R&D.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate executive-level communications and follow-up actions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and presentation content.
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
- Lead planning and execution of internal and external events.
- Organize global leadership meetings, customer visits, technical workshops, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate venue logistics, budgets, catering, travel arrangements, and event communications.
- Ensure professional execution of high-visibility events.
- Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations for town hall.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, communication, planning, and content creation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
