Meet Our Team

Technical Recruiter is a specialized area of staffing and recruiting.

What you 'll be doing

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Passion for recruitment and genuine interest in helping people find the right career opportunities.
• Experience recruiting for various IT positions such as Software Engineers, QA, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, SAP, or related technology roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and excellent customer service orientation.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team while being able to manage your own responsibilities.
• Good networking and sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

What you bring to the team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring assignments.
