Hands-On Work with Opportunity to Grow
Openwork is hiring dependable General Laborers for a manufacturing company in Stafford, TX. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and helping a team complete an important facility relocation project.
The initial assignment is expected to last several days to a couple of weeks. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a positive work ethic may be considered for additional opportunities with the company.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with general cleanup and housekeeping.
- Organize warehouse and manufacturing areas.
- Move and relocate materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Help prepare work areas as the company relocates one of its facilities.
- Load, unload, stage, and organize materials as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow all company and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with additional general labor duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, moving, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely move and handle materials and equipment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed.
- Team-oriented and willing to learn.
