Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure internal and external customer needs are met while providing a memorable customer experience.

• Accurately identify and order parts for vehicle repairs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure timely and accurate parts deliveries.

• Utilize various channels, including phone, online platforms, and other computer program(s) to place orders efficiently.

• Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy, guaranteeing they meet our standards.

• Ensure timely distribution of parts in alignment with the identified standards.

• Monitor and manage inventory, create purchase orders, and handle invoices with precision.

• Keep our parts department and shop organized, clean, and well-stocked.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience in a retail or wholesale parts department. Experience and/or knowledge of Stellantis products is an advantage!

• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, customers, internal teams.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

• Self-motivated problem solver.

• Proficient in interpreting vendor catalogs and using parts department computer systems.

• Enjoy a fast-paced, team environment.

• Proficient with technology.

• Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
