About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Professional / HVAC Technician (living within ~1 hour of our shop in McFarland) to serve as a critical frontline ambassador for our team. In this role, you aren't just fixing equipment - you are protecting customer comfort, building long-term trust, and keeping home systems running safely. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on residential systems while delivering the 5-star customer experience we are known for.

• Competitive Base Pay: $25.00+ / hour, based on experience.

• Hiring Bonus: $2,000 signing bonus paid after 90 days of successful employment.

Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair: Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems.

• Inspections: Conduct thorough system inspections and safety checks.

• Customer Communication: Explain findings and repair options clearly, honestly, and respectfully to homeowners.

• Documentation: Complete service documentation accurately and promptly on your company-issued iPad.

• Paid Development & Rotation: Participate in paid ongoing technical development and a balanced, fair on-call rotation.

• Team Collaboration: Attend short office team meetings twice a week to share ideas, pitch growth strategies, and contribute to company improvements.

• "See a Need, Fill a Need": While service is your primary domain, we all step in to support each other when unique needs arise—whether assisting in another division or helping a teammate.

Required & Preferred Experience

• Hands-on Experience: Proven track record servicing, diagnosing, and maintaining residential HVAC equipment.

• Certifications: EPA Certification is required. Close to this? We can help. 

• Valid Driver’s License: Must maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential heating, cooling, and airflow systems.
