JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving & Shipping
Unload and receive deliveries from vendors
Stage incoming inventory for storage and distribution
Prepare and coordinate outbound freight and courier shipments
Verify shipments for accuracy and completeness
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
Store and organize incoming inventory
Replenish warehouse inventory locations
Rotate products and monitor expiration dates
Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels
Order Fulfillment
Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital locations
Ensure orders are accurate and ready for delivery
Support the timely movement of materials throughout the organization
Teamwork & Customer Service
Partner with teammates to ensure supplies are available where and when they are needed
Communicate with internal customers regarding orders and inventory needs
Help support efficient operations that contribute to outstanding patient care
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, materials handling, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience
Forklift experience or certification
