Overview
JST is currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Management & Customer Liaison Lead to join our team. The Lead will work within a multi-disciplinary team co-located with government employees to develop, monitor, and manage large military service contracts. The Lead will provide non-personal services to include, but are not limited to, strategic communications, end-user support, pre-award planning, price and cost analysis, system and business process training, acquisition lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and other related non-inherently Governmental functions with a government lead multi-functional team.
This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring a few days in the office (in Washington, DC) and most telework throughout the week. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- The Lead shall prepare the Customer acquisition community for upcoming changes resulting from higher-level Department and Federal regulations. Change management tasks will span the lifecycle of business system capabilities deployment and include the development and delivery of training materials and ongoing capability improvements addressed in the capability support phase.
- Stakeholders are an integral part of change management. The Contractor shall modify, adapt, or conduct, deliver, and maintain a stakeholder analysis that identifies each stakeholder, their role/usage of the Navy ePS, and the impact to Customer's business processes.
- Change management shall enable beneficial changes, with minimum disruption to services, by ensuring changes are recorded, evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, documented, and reviewed in a controlled manner. The Contractor shall modify, adapt, or develop, deliver, and maintain an Organization Change Management (OCM) plan. The Contractor shall execute the OCM plan and monitor the effectiveness.
- The Contractor shall develop and implement organizational strategy, design, and alignment recommendations. The Contractor shall assess the organizational structure and the way in which responsibility, reporting, and accountability are defined.
- The Contractor shall attend in Government Control Boards, document the impact of the proposed changes to the Customer community, and execute on-going change management for sustaining user engagement and satisfaction, implementing policy changes, and recording and maintaining performance metrics tracking.
- The Contractor shall complete and submit Request for Change (RFC) on behalf of the Customer, to ensure the mission is enabled and end users have the information and tools they need to be successful.
Qualification & Skills
- Minimum of ten years of experience supporting DoD information technology training or instructional design.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Possess sufficient knowledge and strong communication skills to effectively and efficiently execute and control all change management and training related elements of the contract.
- Documented experience leading change management initiatives and have strong written and oral communication skills.

Required Clearances and Screenings
- Active Secret clearance is required
