  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate pipeline information, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.

  • Assist in preparing pitch materials, decks, and proposals to support sales initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and alignment on outreach priorities.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to support lead generation efforts.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating follow-ups, and managing communications with prospective clients.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • BA/BS degree required.

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field; internships or entry-level roles in client services, partnerships, or account management are a plus.

  • Strong interest in sponsorships, brand partnerships, and live events.

  • Proactive, highly motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Excellent research, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable making outreach via email, phone, and social channels to engage prospective clients.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Positive attitude, persistence, and curiosity to understand client needs and market trends.

  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and willingness to take direction and feedback.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting senior sales team members.

  • Tech-savvy, including familiarity with SponsorUnited, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Linked In Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
