Deine Aufgaben

Financial Planning & Analysis Overhead

• Verantwortung für Budget, Forecast, Business Plan und Long-Range Overheads Planning der deutschen Gesellschaften
• Analyse von GuV-, Bilanz- Entwicklungen
• Erstellung fundierter Abweichungsanalysen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Unterstützung von Management und Fachbereichen bei finanzwirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen

Reporting & Performance Management

• Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des monatlichen Management Reportings
• Verantwortung für KPI-, Kostenstellen-, Overhead- und FTE-Reporting
• Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen für lokale Geschäftsführung und internationale Stakeholder
• Sicherstellung hoher Datenqualität und Transparenz für lokale und gruppenweite Berichtsanforderungen

Business Controlling

• Unterstützung der Bereiche Property, Development, Construction und Energy
• Weiterentwicklung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen, Business Cases und Investitionsrechnungen
• Mitwirkung bei Objekt-, Portfolio- und Sonderanalysen
• Unterstützung bei der finanziellen Bewertung strategischer Projekte

Digitalisierung & Prozessentwicklung

• Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Strukturen mit Power BI
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 und weiterer Systeme
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Effizienzpotenzialen
• Dokumentation und Standardisierung von Controlling-Prozessen

Energy Business

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Reportings für unsere PV-, BESS-, E-Charging- und Energiehandelsaktivitäten
• Analyse der Profitabilität einzelner Energiegeschäftsfelder
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting und Energy-Team zur Sicherstellung einer belastbaren Datenbasis

Dein Profil

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Controlling oder Immobilienwirtschaft
• Berufserfahrung im Financial Controlling, FP&A oder Corporate Finance
• Erfahrung im Immobilien-, Infrastruktur-, Energie- oder Projektgeschäft von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie ERP-Systemen
• Gute Kenntnisse in Power BI oder vergleichbaren BI-Lösungen
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
