About this opportunity:
This role supports payroll, time management, employee administration, benefits, and HR service delivery across the Supply Chain organization. This role focuses on employee benefits administration and related programs, including social insurance, housing fund, and health insurance management, as well as payroll data preparation and validation, ensuring compliant and efficient People Operations delivery.
What you will do:
- Support employee benefits administration, including social insurance, housing fund, and health insurance programs.
- Prepare and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle employee administration and HR service delivery across the Supply Chain organization.
- Manage time management and related operational processes.
- Work with HR systems to maintain accurate employee data and process compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Continuously improve processes and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
