Job Description:
We are looking for a UI/UX developer that is able to drive forward the implementation and design of a human-centered UI implementation. The ideal candidate is strong in the User Experience portion of the design, able to clearly translate user requirements and use cases into front end application components that contribute to a common look and feel across applications.
As a UI/UX Developer in this role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our audience, then translate those insights into wireframes and interactive prototypes. Your work will focus on creating cohesive, human-centered interfaces that ensure consistency and usability across multiple applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement intuitive solutions that address real user problems.
To excel in this position, you should be comfortable working with modern front-end technologies such as React and Next.js, as well as foundational web languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Proficiency with design tools and a strong grasp of color theory and grid systems will enable you to craft visually appealing layouts. Experience in transforming user requirements into functional components, and a keen eye for detail in both design and implementation, will help you deliver seamless, engaging user experiences that align with our brand’s vision.
Here's what you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in the following areas:
- User Research
- UI Design

- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and/or CSS
- Front End Technologies (React, Next.js, etc.)
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Experience conducting usability testing
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
