Leadership Development Lead

The Role
This position focuses on advancing our enduring purpose of "Building Great Leaders" by promoting a culture of leadership development across the organisation. You will support the creation, implementation, and facilitation of leadership initiatives, which include:
•
Continuously enhancing the leadership capabilities of all employees, while deepening their understanding of our "Building Great Leaders" purpose.
•
Partnering with country and branch leaders as a trusted advisor on leadership development matters and identifying, planning, and implementing proactive leadership strategies that align with business objectives.
•
Implementing and facilitating a variety of leadership development programs for employees at all levels within the organisation.
•
Collaborating closely with key stakeholders both locally and globally to ensure consistency, scalability, and success of the global strategy.
The Person
•
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field; An alternative industry-recognised qualification is also acceptable.
•
At least 8 years of experience in a L&D role (HR/Talent would also be considered), preferably within a sizeable organisation.
•
Leadership Development or Coaching experience is a plus.
•
Familiarity with Workday (or other LMS) and LinkedIn Learning is beneficial.
•
Strong facilitation skills that engage and inspire the audience.
•
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level.
•
Agile and adaptable to changing business environments, embracing change effectively.
•
Capable of managing both global and country-level initiatives within a matrixed work environment, while juggling multiple competing priorities.
•
Results-oriented, committed to delivering on promises, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure successful project completion.
•
Fluency in both English and local Indian languages is required.
