Labcorp is seeking a National Program Director, Community Health Centers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute Labcorp's national strategy and value proposition for Community Health Centers, HCCNs, and Primary Care Associations.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with national HCCNs to advance contractual relationships and drive collaborative growth initiatives.
- Serve on NACHC Strategic Alliance team, leading workflow for member Best Practices and Toolkit development.
- Standardize and scale CHC services and programs across all operating Divisions.
- Lead development and commercialization of products, programs, and solutions that improve UDS and VBC quality measures, operational performance, and patient outcomes.
- Define Community Health Center pricing strategies and build consistency in how we approach uninsured populations and flat-rate programs.
- Ensure CHC requirements are incorporated into specialty-testing and value-based care initiatives.
- Collaborate with Diagnostic Assistant, Insight Analytics, and data teams to enhance customer offerings and drive utilization.
- Partner with Divisional sales and leadership to support CHC growth and retention.
- Drive internal alignment on CHC strategy and lead cross-functional teams in launching and scaling new programs and solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for customer presentations, leadership discussions, and sales strategy
- Develop a centralized capability for CHC RFP responses and enable Primary Care Association engagement, and value-based care contracting.
- Drive sales team communications, training, tools, and support resources.
- Lead targeting campaigns and sales enablement programs.
- Leverage laboratory data to support UDS quality measures, care gap initiatives, population health programs, and value-based care performance.
- Lead Salesforce account hierarchy and data governance for CHCs, improve targeting and reporting.
- Drive customer-facing communications in partnership with Marketing, including sales collateral, marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and CHC conference strategy and support.
- Monitor CHC segment performance through revenue, accession volume, and customer analytics.
- Present strategic updates, KPIs and market insights to senior leadership.
- Participate in business reviews with Divisional and national commercial leadership.
- Support commercial efforts to achieve annual CHC growth budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years’ experience in healthcare, laboratory services, public health, product management.
Additional Job Standards:
- Experience working in lab services
- Product/Program Director experience in healthcare
- Laboratory, healthcare product sales or program management experience
- Experience with Community Health Centers (FQHCs) or large provider organizations
- Demonstrated ability to take a concept from inception to execution into the market
- Excellent communication skills with examples – marketing communications experience or advanced degree a plus
- Broad skill set with ability to think strategically (write a plan) and executive tactically (project management). Quantitative and communication skills are also critical for success
- Experience working with Community Health Centers, large provider networks, public health organizations.
- Strong understanding of Community Health Centers, laboratory testing, population health, and value-based care models.
About the Role
The National Program Director of Community Health Centers is responsible for leading Labcorp’s commercial execution for Community Health Centers (CHCs), working with cross functional teams to drive product development, supporting divisional sales success, and building strategic partnerships with national Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs). This role has primary responsibility for CHC national strategy, value proposition development, performance tracking, product and program implementation, pricing models, data and analytics solutions, industry partnerships, and sales enablement.
The National Program Director of Community Health Centers serves as Labcorp’s primary internal and external advocate for Community Health Centers, mobilizing cross-functional teams across Sales, Managed Care, Marketing, IT, Legal, and Medical and Scientific Affairs to accelerate growth and strengthen Labcorp’s market position.
The National Director of Community Health Centers reports to the Vice President of Physician Systems within the National HHS Team.
