Job Title: Junior Analyst – Leasing Advisory (Saudi National)

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Leasing Advisory team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a Saudi National with a foundational background in commercial real estate to develop their career in a dynamic and growing market. The successful candidate will support the team in delivering leasing advisory services across various asset classes including office, retail, and industrial properties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in market research and analysis to support leasing strategies and client proposals.
  • Prepare property reports, market summaries, and competitive analysis.
  • Support senior team members in property tours, client meetings, and tenant presentations.
  • Maintain and update property databases, tenant information, and lease documentation.
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to facilitate leasing transactions.
  • Monitor market trends, vacancy rates, and rental performance across the Riyadh market.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property brochures.
  • Conduct site inspections and gather property information as required.
  • Support administrative tasks related to leasing transactions and client management.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and business development activities.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related industry.
  • Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the leasing advisory sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
