What You'll Do

• Build positive relationships with homeowners and provide updates on property conditions and guest feedback.
• Provide exceptional guest service before, during, and after their stay.
• Inspect vacation homes and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and other property needs.
• Respond to calls, emails, and texts and document communications.
• Support the Rental Manager and participate in the after-hours rotation.

What You’ll Need

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Track PMS, Streamline, or similar property management software is preferred.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry 25–30 lbs.
• Ability to work in an office and outdoor property environments, including stairs, soft sand, and seasonal traffic.

Requirements

Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs., reading, comprehension, analytical thinking, problem solving, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.

Machines/Equipment/Licenses: Reliable transportation, with valid, active driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers, copiers, all office equipment. 

Work Environment: Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions, as warranted; climbing flights of steps inside and out, fast paced, at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic, walking in soft sand.

Hours: Full-time, year-round position. Weekends and holidays are required. Overtime may be required. Regular punctual attendance is required.

Salary Range: Pay based on experience, and proven ability, determined by Rental Manager.
