Part-Time Research Coordinator

misco International is currently seeking to recruit a part-time Research Coordinator to join its team.

 

The selected candidate will contribute to various aspects of the market research process, including the overall coordination of our team of research interviewers. The role will involve ensuring that fieldwork is conducted on time and in accordance with client specifications and quality standards.

 

The main responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling research projects and assigning work to interviewers;
• Planning and coordinating fieldwork activities;
• Monitoring fieldwork progress and ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed timelines;
• Executing quality control procedures to ensure that work meets our high standards;
• Recruiting and training new research interviewers;
• Coordinating with the Finance team on payroll-related processes; and
• Providing general support to the research team as required.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels;
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese;
• Be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities;
• Demonstrate initiative and proactivity in handling routine issues;
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills;
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision; and
• Be organised, meticulous and attentive to detail.

 

Familiarity with market research methods, together with an analytical and methodical approach to work, would be considered an important asset. A strong eye for detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the research process are essential.
