Overview
- We are seeking a strong, analytical self-starter candidate to fill the role of a Project Manager
- to lead the end-to-end delivery of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) project. This
- includes planning, coordination, execution, and successful rollout of ECM solutions to support business needs.
- The PM will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendor, and end users to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for the ECM implementation, including project initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring accurate resource allocation.
- Engage business units to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams and vendor on solution design, system configuration, integrations, and data migration activities, ensuring the technical design meets business and compliance requirements.
- Oversee all data migration efforts, including planning, mapping, validation, and reconciliation, to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated content.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution support, issue tracking, and closure.
- Drive user readiness activities, such as training sessions, communications, onboarding materials, and ensuring smooth adoption during go‑live.
- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Manage vendor performance and deliverables, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, and technical/business specifications are met.
- Provide regular, structured progress updates to project sponsors, leadership, and key stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and review meetings.
- Ensure ECM solution compliance with organisational governance, security policies, data protection requirements, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in IT or digital transformation projects; ECM/DMS experience preferred.
- A proven track record of successfully leading and delivering at least 3 major projects end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, facilitate decisions, and manage expectations across business and IT teams.
- Proven vendor management experience, including contract oversight, SLA monitoring, and coordination of technical deliverables.
- Excellent project management, budget management, and risk management capabilities, with a structured and disciplined approach to execution.
- Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset, capable of diagnosing issues, proposing practical solutions, and driving resolution.
- Certification on Project Management will be advantageous. E.g. PMP
