Description
Here's what you'll experience working as a Process Analyst:
- Manage the operational execution of AI automation initiatives and support project roadmaps.
- Analyze historical data and existing operational standards to design and drive process automation strategies.
- Measure and report the impact of automation initiatives, using data to identify efficiencies and improve workflows.
- Partner with process improvement teams to support frontline adoption of automation solutions.
- Facilitate team-level training and automation enablement activities.
- Learn and leverage various technical tools and platforms to acquire, analyze, and interpret data.
- Assess user feedback and develop actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of operating systems, payer portals, and electronic health records (EHRs).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle back-end operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
