INVESTMENT OPERATIONS ARCHITECT -TARGET OPERATING MODEL, GRC

About the Role

We're seeking an Investment Management Subject-Matter Expert to build the operating foundation of the investment management function — policies, procedures, target operating model, and governance — ensuring it is structurally sound, properly governed, and fully aligned with the wider enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and set up the policies, procedures, and processes that will govern the investment management function on an ongoing basis
• Define the Target Operating Model (TOM) for the treasury / investment management function, covering structure, roles, workflows, and operational design
• Align investment management governance with the enterprise's broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework and overall enterprise strategy
• Ensure the investment management function's operating design supports scalability, regulatory compliance, and long-term operational resilience
• Work closely with enterprise risk, compliance, and strategy stakeholders to ensure the function is embedded coherently within the wider organisation, not designed in isolation

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• 15+ years of experience in investment management, treasury operations, or related institutional investment functions
• Proven experience designing operating models (TOM) for treasury or investment management functions
• Strong background in policy, procedure, and process design at an institutional level
• Demonstrated experience aligning functional governance with enterprise-wide GRC frameworks and strategy

Preferred / Advantageous

• Experience within a Saudi or GCC institutional investment environment
• Familiarity with enterprise GRC frameworks and standards
