Adelante Healthcare is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Surprise who are passionate about providing care to the underserved communities in the metro Phoenix area. We were founded in 1979 when there was a need for healthcare for farm workers and migrants. Since that time we have grown and now have 9 clinics throughout Maricopa County (Phoenix and surrounding areas), and are continuing to grow as the demands for quality healthcare continues.
