Help Government Agencies Turn Ideas Into Impact 

We are looking for a Business Solutions Manager who enjoys technology, likes building things, and wants to help government agencies use data, AI, analytics, and decisioning to solve real public sector challenges. 

 

This is a customer-facing, demo-driven role for someone who enjoys exploring new technologies, building fast, and showing customers what is possible. 

 

Prior SAS experience is not required. We are looking for someone with curiosity, hands-on ability, strong solution instincts, and the confidence to learn new platforms quickly.

 

Why This Role Matters 

Government agencies are working to improve public services, make better decisions, reduce risk, improve compliance, and use data more effectively. 

 

In this role, you will help agencies explore practical ways to use data, AI, analytics, automation, and SAS solutions across areas such as citizen services, fraud detection, compliance, case management, public safety, healthcare, transport, finance, and policy analytics. 

 

You will not just talk about technology. You will help bring ideas to life through demos, prototypes, workshops, and solution stories that customers can see and understand. 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Discover 

• Meet government customers to understand their mission, priorities, challenges, and operating environment.
• Identify where data, AI, analytics, automation, and decisioning can create practical public sector value. 

Design 

• Turn customer needs into simple solution concepts, demo stories, architecture diagrams, proposal content, and RFP responses.
• Work with sales, product, delivery, partner, and SAS specialists to shape credible and useful solutions. 

Build 

• Build and customise demos, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and solution walkthroughs.
• Explore new tools, APIs, datasets, cloud services, AI capabilities, and integration patterns.
• Move quickly from idea to prototype, making things work fast enough to support customer conversations and workshops. 

Showcase 

• Present solutions clearly to business, technical, leadership, and procurement audiences.
• Show how the solution works, what problem it solves, and why it matters.
• Help customers understand the value of better decisions, improved services, risk reduction, compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For 

• We are looking for someone who is curious, hands-on, practical, and customer-focused.
• You should enjoy learning new technologies, building quick working examples, making things work, and explaining technical ideas in simple language.
• You do not need to be a SAS expert. We will support you with SAS product knowledge. What matters more is your ability to learn fast, think clearly, build creatively, and showcase solutions in a way that customers understand. 

 

Helpful Experience 

Experience in any of these areas would be helpful: 

• Presales, solution consulting, solution architecture, technical consulting, systems integration, or public sector technology consulting
• Data, analytics, AI, BI, cloud, automation, case management, workflow, or enterprise software
• Building demos, prototypes, dashboards, workflows, proof-of-concepts, or solution showcases
• Tools such as Python, SQL, APIs, notebooks, BI tools, cloud platforms, low-code tools, workflow tools, or AI tools
• Customer meetings, workshops, proposals, RFPs, tenders, or solution presentations
• Government, public sector, healthcare, transport, finance, security, compliance, or large enterprise solutions 

SAS experience is useful but not required.

• You can quickly build or customise a demo that makes the idea real.
• You can explain technology clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• You make sales conversations more credible, practical, and exciting.
