Breeze Assistant is the front door to HubSpot’s AI-powered customer platform and one of the fastest-growing AI experiences in our portfolio. As a Senior Product Marketer, you’ll define how customers, prospects, and sellers understand the value of Breeze Assistant and its role in the broader agentic platform. You’ll lead go-to-market strategy for one of HubSpot’s highest-priority AI products, partnering across Product, Pricing, Sales, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market Enablement to deliver launches, shape monetization narratives, and accelerate customer adoption. If you’re energized by building new markets, simplifying complex technology, and helping customers realize the value of AI, this role offers the opportunity to shape one of HubSpot’s most strategic growth areas.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for Breeze Assistant, including positioning, messaging, launches, and ongoing commercialization.
- Define the customer-facing narrative for AI credits and usage-based monetization, helping customers understand value, consumption, and ROI.
- Partner closely with Product, Pricing, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Enablement to deliver coordinated product launches and adoption programs.
- Build messaging frameworks, demo narratives, playbooks, and customer-facing assets that enable field teams to confidently position Breeze Assistant.
- Own and evolve HubSpot’s AI Use Case Library, helping customers discover practical ways to solve marketing, sales, and service challenges with AI.
- Gather customer insights, competitive intelligence, product feedback, and market trends to continuously refine positioning and messaging.
- Develop scalable enablement programs that improve seller confidence, customer activation, and adoption of AI capabilities.
- Leverage AI-powered workflows to improve messaging development, content creation, competitive analysis, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Marketing or a related B2B SaaS go-to-market function.
- Proven success leading complex product launches involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear customer value.
- Experience developing sales enablement content that improves field readiness and customer adoption.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
- Experience partnering closely with Product Management, Pricing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve quickly.
- Experience using AI tools to improve content creation, research, analysis, or operational scale.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience marketing AI-powered products or platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with usage-based, consumption-based, or credits-based pricing models.
- Experience supporting platform or ecosystem product launches that span multiple product teams.
- Experience building product narratives that connect multiple products into a unified platform story.
- Background supporting enterprise SaaS or product-led growth motions.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
