Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst Osprey/SC FP&A based in Cork, Ireland.
As part of Project Osprey, i.e. the planned separation of the DPS business from J&J, we are searching for a Lead Financial Analyst Osprey/SC FP&A based in Cork, Ireland. This is a project role expected to last 18-24 months.
The DePuy Synthes (DPS) Supply Chain finance organization is a global team with members based in US, Switzerland, Ireland, Belgium and China.
This organisation provides financial leadership and support to global DPS business and finance leaders – DPS is a ~$9BN business with ~$4BN in Cost of Goods Sold across 9 platforms.
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Lead Financial Analyst to join the DPS SC Finance team to provide financial leadership and support in relation to the Osprey program (DePuy Synthes separation from J&J).
This project role requires a mix of finance expertise and business acumen, and offers high visibility to the wider global supply chain finance organization. The role will operate in a dynamic global environment, supporting a business that is going through a period of significant change.
This lead analyst will also support system and technology implementations within DePuy Synthes Supply Chain Finance that are happening as part of this organizational change.
The Lead Analyst will report to the DPS Finance Manager, SC FP&A, and the role is open to candidates located in Ireland.
Core responsibilities include:
Lead Osprey one time cost governance and reporting within SC Finance with particular focus on ensuring that the business is providing all relevant information on a timely basis
Support Osprey headcount governance and reporting
Build revised consolidation processes for SC Finance that will meet new DPS reporting requirements and will leverage new systems and tools
Build new management reporting capabilities that will incorporate supply chain financials sitting outside of the supply chain MRCS
Support change management related to new processes, systems and organizational structures
Support implementation of new systems and tools within supply chain finance
Support the SC Finance Director as required on Osprey project work
Support the SC finance organization through a period of hyper care post separation
Support ad hoc projects and requests as required
Qualifications
Essential:
A minimum of Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field
5+ years of relevant business experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to quickly adapt to use of new systems and tools
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Desirable:
1+ years of Supply Chain finance experience
1+ years of FP&A experience
Experience with automation tools (Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, etc.)
Key competencies:
Self driven and highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Very comfortable dealing with complexity and ambiguity
Excellent communication, interpersonal and business partnering skills
Results driven, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability for deliverables
Ability to collaborate in a virtual, matrix environment across multiple regions
Very strong process-oriented mind set with a demonstrated record of bringing innovative solutions and ideas to the table to simplify the current ways of working
Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach
Ability to quickly adapt to use of new systems and tools
Travel: May require up to 10% of travel (domestic & international)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€63,300.00 - €101,315.00
